By accessing and using the Publisher App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Furthermore, your usage is subject to Meta's official Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
2. App Usage Rules
You agree to use this application strictly for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you schedule and publish. You strictly agree NOT to:
- Publish spam, hate speech, explicit content, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards.
- Exploit the system to exceed Meta's API rate limits intentionally.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or illegal media.
3. Service Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, Publisher App is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for publishing failures caused by expired tokens, Meta API downtime, or changes to Facebook/Instagram policies.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.
